Identity and workspace protection
Signed-in access is tied to verified workspace membership. Role-based controls help ensure that users can access only the workspace information and actions permitted for their role.
Data and evidence protection
Customer evidence uses private storage, workspace- and record-specific storage organization, short-lived signed access, file restrictions, and trusted upload routes. Shared audit entries record governed record changes.
Application and billing controls
Record and account changes are validated before they are applied, and billing self-service is restricted to authenticated workspace administrators.
Availability, backup, and recovery
SafeWorks maintains documented backup, recovery, monitoring, and incident-response procedures. Recovery capabilities depend in part on the managed infrastructure and database providers used by the service.
Incident response and disclosure
Suspected security events are triaged under the SafeWorks incident-response process. Customers should report security concerns to rob@safeworks.online and avoid including sensitive record content in the initial message.
