Starter and Growth can be purchased online. Ongoing SafeWorks product improvements are included in your monthly subscription at no additional cost. Customer-specific development, specialized training, data imports, and bespoke work may be quoted separately.

Billing and cancellation

How billing works
Starter and Growth include a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription. The subscription renews automatically for each monthly billing period until canceled.
Cancellation timing
Workspace administrators may cancel through the SafeWorks Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues until that date, and the next renewal is prevented.
Refunds and credits
The setup fee is non-refundable once included work has begun. Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable, and unused time is not prorated. Exceptions apply to duplicate charges, billing errors, SafeWorks-approved remedies, and rights required by applicable law.
Invoices and billing help
Stripe creates an invoice for the initial subscription cycle and each renewal, including a $0.00 invoice when a promotion reduces the total to zero. Receipts are separate and apply only when funds are collected. Invoices remain downloadable through Manage billing. Contact rob@safeworks.online for billing problems.
